The National Union of Romanian Employers (UNPR) is a non-governmental, nonprofit organization. It was set up in 1991 in order to protect the interests of SME’s. It activates in the field of services, trade and production having abt. 5000 members. Its administrative organization includes 10 territorial employers organizations with own patrimony and juridical personality: Oitenia Banat Maramures, Bucovina, Transilvania, Moldova, Muntenia, Low Danube and Dobrogea. Among its members belongs: Romania light concrete association, construcition raw materials and producers association, media employers association, gas producers and distributors association.
